Exchange Policy
• Exchange eligible within 30 days from original date of purchase.
• Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags, and presented with the original invoice.
• Exchange will be allowed for products of equal or higher value; any price difference is payable by the customer.
• Discounted or sale items are excluded.
• Exchanges are available only at SUENO outlet/s.
• Cash refunds are not applicable; only product exchange is offered.

Warranty Policy
• 60 days warranty from the original date of purchase.
• Covers manufacturing or material defects.
• All warranty claims are processed at SUENO outlet/s.
• Invoice/proof of purchase is mandatory for all claims.
